That is an extremely good looking car. I’d totally DD one, fuel economy and none of the embarrassment or shame of a VW diesel or a Prius? And kickass looks? Yes please.
And I’m willing to bet you that, because it’s a Hoondai, it’ll probably have a kickass warranty and be relatively cheaper than a Prius or a Volt.
Name’s dumb as hell though, I propose we all call it Geoff. In memory of Top Gear’s prototype electric car.

I really like it. Looks a hell of a lot better than the Transformer on acid Prius redesign.

I like it. It’s kind of like the Molester, but marginally less silly. Important question: are the badge letters stick-on or mounted with pins? That will affect how easy renaming it is.

I thought the badge said “I Ohio” at first.

And since it's a Hyundai, a preowned one should only cost the same as a large pizza, I hope.

Not a real “Prius Fighter” unless it has one of these goofy ass mini windows under the “spoiler”

Do we know what its EV only range is yet? If it’s less than the Volt’s, I’d still pick the Volt in a hypothetical shoot-out between this, the Prius and the Volt.

I wanted to get a brand new Elantra GT when they came out (decided that buying new at the time wasn't financially wise) and I'm happy I did, because ones that are two years old are selling used in my area for around 1/2 the cost. Used Genesis sedan values are pretty funny, too.

I thought it said Ionia, with the ‘Q’ being a small ‘A’.

I’m not sure about it. It’s got that kammy high-back small-wheel thing going on. It looks like a good looking car that’s been hybridized.
